You Run The Business. Time Your Body Caught Up.
I'll be straight with you. You know exactly what your numbers did last quarter. You've got no idea what your body has been doing for the last three years. I was there too. Three, four hours a week is all I need from you. I'll build the rest around your calendar.

Sixty kilos. That's me, and it took me a lot longer than I'd like to admit. I didn't start coaching anyone until I'd done it myself. Felt wrong to sell something I hadn't been through.
THE BUSINESS DOESN'T CARE HOW TIRED YOU ARE.
BUT IT FEELS IT ANYWAY.
The 3pm crash you've started calling normal. The short fuse in meetings that didn't used to be there. The way you used to walk into a room and own it, without thinking about it. That's not just fitness slipping, that's you disappearing, while you're too busy running the business to notice.
If you've got kids, they're watching closer than anyone. They don't remember what you said, they remember how you showed up. Tired and short-tempered, or sharp and present. That's the example you're setting whether you plan to or not.
Every skipped workout and every "I'll just eat whatever tonight" shows up somewhere. In worse decisions. Thinner patience. A version of you that's harder to trust with the calls that actually matter.
You'll still take clients to dinner. You'll still have a life. The difference is you'll know what you're doing instead of guessing and then feeling bad about it on Monday. I build this around how you actually live, not around a twelve week crash you'll quit the second work gets heavy.
Looking better is part of it, I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But what men tell me at the end is that they got their edge back. They think clearer, they've got more patience at home, and they stopped feeling like they were slowly losing ground.
Six Months, Step By Step
Where You Actually Are
- The business is fine. Better than fine. You built something most men never will.
- Your body is the one thing that kept getting pushed to next quarter. It has been next quarter for three years.
- The 3pm dip has been going on so long you call it normal now.
- And you never see what it costs you. The energy you didn't have, the room you walked into a bit smaller than you should have. None of that shows up in a report.

The First Week
- First thing we do is write down where you're starting and what we're going for. Weight, measurements, photos. It goes in the app so neither of us can get vague about it later.
- Then I build your training around your week. You tell me which days you've actually got.
- Same with the food. It has to work on a travel day, not just on a quiet Tuesday.

The Six Months
- Three or four sessions a week. I write them, you log them as you go.
- Every week you check in. I answer within 12 hours, every single time, including the weeks you've messed it up.
- Once a month we get on a call and go through where you're at, and I change whatever needs changing.
- There's also a monthly group call with the other guys on the programme. Same excuses, same pressure. Hard to hide in that room.

Where You End Up
- At the end you get six months of your own data. Every session, every weigh-in, every check-in, next to where you started. You won't have to take my word for any of it.
- And habits that hold up when you have a bad quarter, because you will have one.
- If you do your part and you don't lose 10%, you get every dollar back.

You apply, we talk, and if it's not a fit I'll tell you. Six months. Do your side and don't lose 10%, you get every dollar back.
What This Looks Like For Them
Mo did it in twelve weeks. Melvin took six months. This can be you as well, but I'm not going to tell you how fast, because that depends on where you're starting and what you do with the time.

- Replies from me within 12 hours, 7 days a week
- Weekly check-ins through the Unproven app
- A call with me every month to go through your numbers
- A monthly group call with the other guys on the programme
- Progress photos every 4 weeks
- Training and nutrition tracked in your own app
- 3-4 sessions a week, written and adjusted by me
The price is USD 6,000 and that is what leaves your account. What it comes to in dirhams depends on how you check out. Pay in dirhams and the checkout converts it for you, which lands around AED 22,480. Pay in dollars with a UAE card and your own bank adds a foreign currency fee, usually around 3%, so about AED 22,700. You see the exact amount before you confirm anything.
Test It First, For 28 Days
Six months is a long time to hand to someone you have never worked with. So do a short run first. The Proving Ground is 28 days on my system, on your own, and the app keeps score on four things: planning your week, training what you planned, weighing in every morning, and checking in every week.
Hit 90% and you earn a seat here, and your USD 250 deposit comes back. Twenty men a round.
See The Proving GroundWho This Is For
You run a business. You haven't got room in your week for someone standing next to you in a gym every day. You still want the result. That's who I built this for.
You're carrying real fat, at least 10% of your bodyweight. I approve every application myself on height, weight and a photo. If you don't have 10% to lose, I won't take you on.
If you're after a training buddy, I'm the wrong guy.
