These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by STRYXX - FZCO under the Unproven brand. By booking, purchasing or participating in any service, you agree to these terms.

Unproven provides:

• Online coaching (training, nutrition, lifestyle)
• In-person personal training (PT)

PT sessions take place at:

• TRAIN Strength & Fitness – Al Quoz
• TRAIN Strength & Fitness – Dubai Mall

• Unproven does not provide medical advice
• Services do not replace a doctor or specialist
• You train and follow advice at your own risk
• Always consult a professional if in doubt

You are responsible for:

• Your own health and safety
• Performing exercises correctly
• Following guidance provided
• Informing us of injuries or medical conditions
• Stopping training if you experience pain

• PT sessions start from 400 AED
• Pricing depends on commitment and package
• Payment is made in advance
• No session takes place without confirmed payment

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations are charged in full

• If you do not show up, the session is fully charged
• No rescheduling or refunds for no-shows

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a results guarantee has been explicitly agreed in writing as part of a coaching package. In that case, the terms of the signed Results Guarantee Agreement apply.

Where online coaching is included:

• Delivered via WhatsApp, email or coaching platforms
• Content may be updated or adjusted based on progress
• Results depend on client effort, consistency and lifestyle

Results depend on effort, consistency and lifestyle. Where a results guarantee has been signed, the terms of that separate agreement apply. No guarantee is implied by the use of the word "guaranteed" in marketing materials unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

All materials remain property of STRYXX - FZCO including training plans, nutrition plans and content. You may not share, resell or copy any materials provided.

STRYXX - FZCO is not liable for injuries, damages or indirect losses. You train entirely at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

By participating in any personal training session, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in exercise
• You have no medical condition that prevents training, or you have consulted a medical professional
• You understand that exercise involves risks including injury, illness or in rare cases serious complications
• You participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk
• You release STRYXX - FZCO and the Unproven brand from any liability related to physical training sessions

Unproven may use photos, videos and results for marketing purposes, only with your explicit consent.

Unproven may refuse or terminate services in case of misconduct, non-payment or unsafe behavior.

Unproven may cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances outside our control.

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version on this page is always leading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
